For the evaluation of the first time client, the fee is $95.00 for a 30 minute consultation for you to ask questions or express your concerns.

This includes:

  • Presentation and history of the problem
  • Assessment of the situation
  • Evaluation of the motivation of the client for change
  • Recommendation of the most effective treatment method

– Counseling by telephone or Skype

This method is convenient for those people who need help with direction and support but are unable to leave their home. Sometimes this may be due to a busy schedule, difficulty finding baby-sitters, living far away, or other reasons. In any case, counseling by telephone and Skype has proven to be quite successful in offering support, encouragement and clarity in situations where one-on-one counseling is not an option. You will receive the same professional services as those people who see their therapists in the office.

Telephone sessions for 20 minutes or less: $100.00 (including gst & pst)
Telephone sessions for 40 minutes: $150.00 (including gst & pst)

Purchase Service

The fees for my services can usually be claimed on your private insurance. Check with your insurance company. As well, the fees are always tax deductible as a medical expense on your taxes.

Payments can be made by: Cash, Personal cheque, Paypal, Credit Card (through PayPal), E-Transfer
Fees are in Canadian dollars and are payable in advance through Paypal.

If you wish to pay by credit card, you will click the Paypal button and select the lower option “Don’t have a Paypal account?”

Late Cancellations or No Shows
You need to give 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment in order not to be charged for the session. The fee for canceling with less than 24 hours notice is the same amount as your full session. Appointments can be made and cancelled by phone and by e-mail.

Everything discussed between counselor and client are strictly confidential. No one will be aware of what we discussed, unless you share it with them. The only exceptions would be if:
The client requests a release of information
A court order is issued for release of information
A client demonstrates a clear and imminent danger to himself or another.
