How would you like to have your own personal therapist visit you in the comfort of your home, every week?  You don’t have to worry about:

In order to schedule a telecounselling appointment with Rhonda, you need to:

1. Call (514-626-4609 or 1 888-419-8734) or e-mail Rhonda to discuss the problem and schedule a telephonic session.
2. Pay for the length of session you wish to have using our easy online payment option (next section!)
3. Once your payment is processed, you will receive a receipt and your appointment will be confirmed.
4. Call 514-626-4609 or 1 888-419-8734 at the scheduled time for your telecounselling session.

Fees

Late Cancellations or No Shows

You need to give 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment in order not to be charged for the session.  The fee for canceling with less than 24 hours notice is $45.00  If another appointment is scheduled within 48 hours, you will not be charged the cancellation fee.
Appointments can be made and cancelled by phone and by e-mail.

Confidentiality

Everything discussed between counselor and client are strictly confidential.  No one will be aware of what we discussed, unless you share it with them.  The only exceptions would be if:

1. The client requests a release of information
2. A court order is issued for release of information
3. A client demonstrates a clear and imminent danger to himself or another.

Counselling Approach

My approach is solution-focused.  I work with you to give you the tools, techniques and support to understand the situation, and find new healthier ways of coping with life’s stresses and challenges.  Because it is solution- focused, it is short term.  Most issues are successfully resolved within 4-6 sessions.
